Razz

I did that too... I couldn't figure out where it went. Then I saw the dead body of my horse and got all sad.

I reloaded a save game. What a Face

I didn't think to do that. I just figured I would have to fork over another grand to buy a new one.

I divested myself of my stored inventory last night. Ran around to everyone making Iron Daggers and Hide Bracers (my smithing is now 100) and would sell all of them an my other inventory to get all their loot. I'm up to 40,000 gold now.

Also read of a good way to make money- 1) disenchant something with a Banish bonus, 2) enchant one of the many iron daggers in your inventory with Banish, 3) sell it for anywhere between 750 and 1400 gold. This is made even better if you've unlocked the perk in Speech allowing you to invest in merchants (I didn't). It allows them to have a lot more gold on hand.

I never pick up iron daggers. Should I (other than for the scam you are talking about)?

This. Making Iron Daggers uses the least amount of materials...so it's a good way to increase your smithing skill...

I went through a lot more of the main quest last night. I just feel like I need an overall theme to tie this huge game together. The story ain't half bad and you learn a bunch of shouts as you go.

Also killed my 20th dragon. One of those was a glitch. Walked into the gates of Windhelm and the second the door closed, I absorbed a dragon's soul. I'll take it!

Is it bad that I just found out, 65 hours in, that Ulric is the Jarl in Windhelm? I'd never done much in that city until last night. I did finally pick sides in the civil war. I'm a stormcloak...which is asinine since I'm an elf.

i made my epic daedric dagger last night. i still need to enchant it, but it has a base damage of 22, and with the x15 damage perk with a sneak attack and 2x damage overall with the assassin gauntlets, we're talking 660 damage right now.

i've been doing thieves guild work. loving those quests. also working on the companions.

i forgot, i also encountered Sheograth in an encounter that can only be described as bizarre.

that said, when our time was done, he dropped a serious lol worthy line. Laughing

Had my first glitched quest. Repairing the Phial is impossible for me to complete. It won't recognize that i already harvested something. The marker stays above the dead guy's head and won't go away. It's only a side quest, but it makes me nervous that a necessary quest could glitch....

be advised that you may think blood on the ice glitches when it tells you to examine the gravesite.

it didn't. you MUST examine closely.

Does the enchantment of a weapon get factored into the damage bonus? i.e. if the dagger has a fire damage of 10 does it multiply to 300 with the x15 damage perk, and 2x overall? In this case your dagger would do 960 damage.

Loading screens are starting to take a long time (2-3 minutes). Anyone else?

I need to do my thieves guilds quests. I think I'm going to finish the main quest today, Did my 10 side quests last night and started with the Civil War quests. The only thing I haven't opened up are the Dark Brotherhood quests.

I'm really enjoying going for shots and clearing dungeons. Found another dragon protest mask. Gives a boost to lockpick, sneak, and alchemy.

After I plat this I'm going to see if I can do every quest...except for the fetch this, deliver that. I'm pretty sure those are the radiant quests....and they never end.

I haven't seen infertility long loading screens...but I do get framerate problems. I've heard that if you power cycle the PS3 it can help a it clears the cache.

Framerate problems have started. Is there a fix other than the upcoming patch?

Power cycling to clear cache. Turning off auto save is reported to help, though I haven't done it.

Just had my second word wall glitch. Trouble is, I found its location by asking the Greybeard in High Hrothgar. Since i cant get the word, he wont be able to tell me the location of any others.

Pdissed.

That's 2 word wall glitches and one side quest glitch that keeps me from completing it.

Did some research and there are two quest glitches that will affect the plat- a companion quest and a thieves guild quest. I hope these don't happen to me. I hope the patch fixes these issues.
