I have made no progress. I hope that helps.

Also my buddy who just did the main quests says he's finally done with the game. He went back to do all the side stuff and put 115'ish hours into it. Level 50, etc. He's going to trade it in now. Laughing

I finished the main questline last night. Pretty good. Also got to level 50.

I'm now going to start doing the plat sweep. I've got most everything done except for the Thieves, Dark Brotherhood, and Companion quests. I've started all of them except for the Dark Brotherhood.

Nothing in this game needs to be boosted...which I love. Everything will come if you aim to complete just about everything in the game.

I think I've got ~75 hours this so far. I'm guessing I'll probably put another 75 into it.

It's taken me about a week.
Although I'm still not done. They told me that when we finish the current quest, they would like me to consider taking over.

I just picked this up but haven't taken it out of the shrink wrap. I was considering returning it in light of all the glitches I've heard about, hoping they'd fix it and I'd pick it up again (for hopefully less than 60). Good plan? Have they addressed the broken quests yet?

The patch should come out today. Not sure if the quests have been fixed...

benny, i'm 55 hours in and have had no problems.

occasional slow downs immediately after loading screen but when everything finishes loading(usually takes about 5 seconds after loading screen), it's fine.

i've had no broken quests, and no bad glitches or freezes.

you won't regret opening it up.

This. It's an amazing game. Although I do experience framerate problems occasionally, I have every intention of wringing every ounce of enjoyment out of it. It really is a good one.

I found the Temple of Merida (sp?) at night. Looked up at the statue and the two moons were over it. Really wish the game had a screenshot function for that.

The end of the main questline is in a pretty fantastic place. Don't forget to look up at the sky when you get there. They did a good job with that area.

Umm....yes. The ending of Hannah Montana was better than Dark Souls' ending...

Smithing is where its at. As soon as I was able to start leveling up and getting some of the perks it became a lot of fun. Eventually i learned hour to enchant "Increase smithing ability on items by x%" I built a smithing suit and made some pretty sweet weapons. Got one up to "legendary" status.

My goal is to match out both smithing, and enchanting (going for the double enchantment perk). I wont if I will be able to kill a dragon with 1 arrow eventually.

you guys probably already found it but whatever. bounce

I've got 4 masks, but don't have that one. I've got one that grants 100% faster Magicka regeneration, one that grants 50 extra Magicka and Destruction/Restoration spells cost 20% less Magicka, one that grants a 20% increase to Lockpicking, Alchemy, and Archery, and the last once that grants higher resistance to fire, frost, and poison.

I have no idea. What I did was go through the main questline. At some point you'll be able to ask a certain person if he knows where a shout word wall is. I found two of them that way...from some douche hanging out by one of those walls.

What battle-born dude?

I just started working through the Companions questline last night. I hope to finish it tonight, then I'll finally work through the Thieves...then activate the Dark Brotherhood.

I told Benny I'd be finished by next Friday...so I get to get cracking!

No, not back to whoring...just done savoring. It's starting to feel a little repetitive. I still thoroughly enjoy it, just ready for something else. I've put a ton of hours into it.

Plus, he returned his copy and asked me to send mine. He's going to send me Ico or GOW: Origins...

I'm also buying dikbag's HTPC, so I imagine that's going to take a lot of my time over the next few weeks...
