Just kidding. I hate those fukhers as well. When I get an invader, I look at my tv screen and say "...you fuhker..."

Exactly. I say, "you fuhker" to the next 20 people I talk to.

I have been human for a total of 10 minutes in the past 2 weeks. Both times I was invaded before I could accomplish what I wanted in human form.

I haven't been invaded by another player.

But I did get invaded by a weird looking alien ladybug thing that shot squiggly sperm soul arrow things. I killed it really easily though. Got a humanity from it.

I did some research online. I guess its called a vagrant??? There are items that you can drop that will invade another persons game and transform into a vagrant (maybe even black phantom??)

The only times I've been invaded is when I've been summoned to help someone else. Both times there were three of us and we pummeled the sh!t outta the invader.

Invaded for the first time... At the worst time tonight. We both died. I forgot how much that gets the blood flowing. Even though it pissed me off, still kinda enjoy the terror/fight.

I've had some great invasions. As long as they're not wearing the stupid fog ring or just spamming Wrath of God, it's usually a fair fight. And you're right, my hands are usually shaking by the end of it.

Fog ring is retarded. I want to find who though that was a good idea and push them over a cliff into the spike pits below. Did they play test it?

Unless you're wearing it too, it makes it almost impossible to defend against the player using it. They lock on to you, you can't keep you shield strait because they easily sidestep and they'll easily back stab you when you try because of it.

PVP/COOP is still broken IMO, and really is turning into a huge letdown. Put on the white cat ring and maybe got summoned 3 times in 2-3 hours of play. 1 guy was a level 200 douche with all the best stuff. One hit kills me (through my block mind you) with some electric sword. Second guy is running around with the mist ring, back stabs me in 2 seconds since there's no way to keep my shield up.

The new patch is changing the fog ring so that you can lock on to other players who are wearing it.

so the fog ring was the reason I could not lock onto my invader?

As far as I know that is the only thing that will prevent you from locking on if they are in front of you and within range.

Sounds like an advanced Vagrant?

First level Vagrants apparently look like crabs... when you drop an item, it has the potential to turn into one in someone elses world.

Yeah, which is why they are changing it in the patch. The invis-o dudes just beyond the door in the forest that every one farms wear the rings too. I can kill them out in the open with my Halberd though... it has two different 360 degree attacks. I haven't had to try that out on an invader though.
