dark souls speed run...

this is sick. some guy beat the game in 1 hour and 26 minutes.

it appears this guy cares even less about going outside than toad!

Ah yes, but you aren't getting anywhere near platinum in just 1 hour and 26 minutes. Props on the skillz, though.

I don't do speed runs...I do really slow runs, but spend a lot of back-to-back time doing them, so I finish first!

If nothing else, it shows you some of the places you can skip if you are polishing off trophies. The parts I have seen already I was like "You mean you don't have to" and "He didn't get/go to XYZ?"

But you can be sure this guy had probably already clocked HOURS in studying the layouts of areas and the enemy paterns. Thankfully, from what I have read, you can farm black knights and Sif isnt really that far from Firelink, for the some-odd "straggler" trophies this game has. Here is hoping they NEVER find a way to dupe items (in inventory, not the dupe use options).

What does dupe inventory mean?

Duplicating items. There is a way in Dark Souls to dupliacte uses of items (turn a stack of 5 souls or humanity into infinite uses), but currently no way to duplicate inventory (get 2 swords, or two chunks of ore, etc). There was a rather elaborate way to duplicate any stackable (or most stackable) items in Demons Souls.
